Storm & Hail Damage

Insurance claim inspections and full restoration after wind and hail — we document everything your adjuster needs to see.

After a Treasure Valley wind or hail event, you have a limited window to file a claim — and out-of-state storm chasers show up fast. We're local, licensed, and we'll be here in five years when your warranty matters. Our inspectors photograph and chalk-mark every hit, map soft metal damage, and produce a report formatted the way adjusters expect.

We'll meet your adjuster on the roof, advocate for what the policy actually owes you, and complete the restoration with the same crews and warranty as any retail job. We never ask you to sign an assignment of benefits.

  • Free storm damage inspections
  • Adjuster-ready photo reports
  • We meet your adjuster on-site
  • No assignment-of-benefits contracts
  • Emergency tarping within 24 hours

Common Questions About Storm & Hail Damage

Will insurance pay for my hail-damaged roof?

If the damage is real and documented, usually yes — most Idaho homeowner policies cover wind and hail. The difference-maker is documentation: we photograph and chalk-mark every hit, map soft-metal damage, and format the report the way adjusters expect. We'll also meet your adjuster on the roof.

How do I know if my roof has hail damage?

From the ground, you often can't — look for dented gutters, downspouts, or AC fins as clues. Actual shingle bruising takes a trained eye on the roof. Our storm inspections are free, and if there's no legitimate damage we'll tell you that in writing.

Should I sign with a roofer who knocked on my door after the storm?

Be careful. Out-of-state storm chasers leave when the claims dry up, and an assignment-of-benefits contract can sign away control of your claim. Ridgeline is Boise-based with a shop on Emerald Street, we never use AOB contracts, and we'll still be here when your warranty matters.
